The EcoStrategy Group Environmental Sustainability Scan™ provides a top-level inventory of existing environmental programs and initiatives, business practices, and accomplishments to date. This assessment provides a snapshot of current activities.  This report provides a common understanding of the existing situation and creates a foundation upon which the management team can build its sustainability vision, goals and plans.

Eco-Advantage Opportunity Assessment™

The assessment report provides a way to review each of the possible programs or activities in the context of all the others and then to make rational choices about which ones match existing business priorities and sustainability goals. It provides clear and specific guidance on how to achieve the organizational goals.

Sustainability Playbook™

Based on the priorities established during the Eco-Advantage Opportunity Assessment, we create a playbook, or plan, for the phased implementation, monitoring, and measurement of outcomes. This key deliverable lays out short and long-term activities along a manageable timeline, (how and when to do it) and articulates communication plans to internal and external stakeholders.

Stakeholder Analysis and Needs Assessment

Through a combination of management interviews and research, we identify key stakeholder segments.  We then set about understanding their needs and their perceptions of the client company.  The Stakeholder Assessment includes a prioritization of key stakeholder groups, based on the risks and opportunities they present and on the degree of impact they wield.  The Stakeholder Analysis and Needs Assessment provides a foundation for engaging with and managing relationships with stakeholders.

Workshops

We have developed a series of workshops to assist in integrating the sustainability communications strategy with existing communications functions, processes, and vehicles across departments, functional groups, divisions, regions, etc.  These workshops are designed so support teams that are tasked with implementing and communicating the sustainability strategies throughout the organization.
